Triangle for Ukrainian Artists - sum up

The final conference of the Triangle for Ukrainian Artists (TUA) project has come to an end. For two years, together with partners from Sweden, Ukraine, and Poland, we explored how culture – especially theatre – can function and grow in times of war and crisis.

Between 2 and 5 September 2025, Kraków became the global capital of free expression. The closing gala of the 91st PEN International Congress was held at Villa Decius.

The jury has chosen the participants of this year’s Screenwriting Residency Program at Villa Decius, part of the Forum of Cultures Dialogue. For one month, authors from Poland and Germany will live and work in Kraków, developing their texts and engaging with the theatre, literary, and film communities.
