The Villa Decius Institute for Culture would like to invite you to a piano recital on Sunday 12 March at 5.00 pm.
During the evening, we will hear works by Fryderyk Chopin performed by Professor Andrzej Pikul from the Piano Department of the Academy of Music in Krakow.The concert will be an opportunity both to listen to Chopin's music in an excellent performance and to meet the pianist whose interpretations of European and world piano works resound in the most important concert halls.
The artist has performed on all continents in prestigious concert halls at home, as well as in most European countries and in Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Israel, Japan, Colombia, Turkey, USA, New Zealand and South Africa. He has given piano masterclasses in Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, France, Germany, Italy, Israel, Japan, Portugal, Turkey, the United Kingdom, as well as New Zealand and South Africa. He has collaborated with teaching institutions such as Kobe College (Japan 2002/2003) and the Johann Gutenberg University Mainz (2011/2012). He has been a juror at national and international music competitions (including Andorra, Barcelona, Fushan, Hong Kong, Jaen, Ningbo, Osaka).
