Wola Justowska Community Archive: How to Tell a Story That Resonates? 20.10.2025
We’ve just completed another meeting as part of the Wola Justowska Community Archive – this time in the form of autobiographical storytelling workshops. In a warm, neighborly atmosphere – over coffee, tea, and cookies – we explored how to talk about the past in ways that inspire and empower.
We’ve just completed another meeting as part of the Wola Justowska Community Archive – this time in the form of autobiographical storytelling workshops. In a warm, neighborly atmosphere – over coffee, tea, and cookies – we explored how to talk about the past in ways that inspire and empower.
Both workshop groups brought incredible energy and commitment. We are deeply impressed by your personal stories, motivations, and your plans to create both family and community archives. These unique, authentic voices will become the foundation of our local memory collection.
Participants learned the fundamentals of building an effective autobiographical story – from analyzing examples, through narrative development, to presenting their stories and receiving feedback. Everyone left with a well-structured story and tools for sharing it in a way that inspires and connects.
The workshops were open to writers and creators, local community leaders, collectors of family and neighborhood memories, and anyone interested in local history and everyday life – anyone who believes every story matters and deserves to be remembered.
Thank you for joining us – we’ll see you at the next events!
New storytelling and archive-building activities are coming soon – stay tuned!
