Polish Sign Language interpreter application available on our website and stationary.
We would like to inform you that Polish Sign Language interpreter service is available at the Villa Decius Institute of Culture.
The PJM interpreter will help people who are deaf impaired to answer questions about the Institute's activities, purchase tickets or contact the institution's staff.
The Polish Sign Language interpreter service can be used in two ways:
1. Online: via our the website: www.willadecjusza.pl (this service can be used from home or any other location). The service is available from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm.
To use the online sign language interpreter service, click on the pictogram below:
When you click on the icon, you will be redirected to a page from which you can make a call to a Polish Sign Language interpreter.
The sign language interpreter will answer the call from the deaf person and at the same time connect with a museum employee from the department indicated by the caller.
2. Stationary, in the space of Villa Decius in direct contact with employees of the information desk, who are equipped with a device with the application Tłumacz Migam enabling connection with a Polish Sign Language interpreter.
The reception desk with access to the Polish Sign Languageinterpreter service is marked with a pictogram of flashing hands.
The service is available stationary during visiting days and hours.
