Piano recital | Farewell notes for the year
Join us for a concert by Peruvian pianist Sergio Fernando Vidaurre Moreno
On 28 December at 6 p.m., together with the Multicultural Centre in Krakow, we invite you to a piano recital entitled 'Notes to Say Goodbye to the Year', performed by Peruvian pianist Sergio Fernando Vidaurre Moreno.
Sergio Fernando Vidaurre Moreno began his musical journey at the age of seven. At the age of 16, he entered the National University of Music in Lima. He studied with renowned pianists such as Lydia Hung Wong and Dr Priscila Navarro, before continuing his studies with Spanish pianist Rubén Talón in Valencia, Spain.
Sergio has received masterclasses from great pianists from around the world, including Kevin Kenner, Muchielle Cann, Barbara Nissman, Mihaly Berecz and Christian Leotta. His talent has shone in national and international competitions, winning first places in Trujillo, Peru in 2017 and 2019. He won second place at the 3rd International Piano Festival of Peru 2021. Working with the Trujillo Symphony Orchestra and Orquestando Orchestra, Sergio has showcased his skills in Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 12 and Grieg's Piano Concerto.
He is currently continuing his studies in the classes of the High-Performance Music School in Valencia, Spain.
