Multicultural Center in Krakow

The Multicultural Center is an initiative operating as part of the Open Krakow project since 2021. Its main operator is the Internationaler Bund Polska Foundation. The Center works to build a space of dialogue for the multicultural community of Krakow. It provides information, activation, assistance, and educational activities. Its mission is to support the integration of foreigners in the city at every stage of this process and to bring the idea of multiculturalism closer to Krakow's inhabitants.
The Center organizes events addressed to all city residents, e.g. walks around Krakow in many languages, language conversations, multicultural breakfasts, workshops, conferences, and meetings. The Center operates in the spirit of dialogue, tolerance, openness, and social inclusion as well as promotes these values in public life.
 
The Center develops mobilization programs for minority communities invites them to participate in social initiatives, and also supports the organization of grassroots projects.

There is also Migrant Info Point Krk working at the Multicultural Center. There you can obtain all the information on living and working in Poland, as well as get free legal advice, psychological support, and the help of a career advisor or translator. The Info Point also provides advice on legalization procedures and all other procedures related to settling in Poland, as well as support in the use of public services in the Krakow Municipality. The Migrant Info Point Krk is open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Questions related to the activities of the Point can be directed to the following phone number: +48 887 201 598, by email: punkt@open.krakow.pl and via the Facebook profile @MigrantInfoPointKrk.
From January 2024, the Multicultural Center and Information Point for Foreigners in Krakow is located at Zabłocie 20A Street, at the headquarters of the Socio-Economic Innovation Cluster.
